Insurance and Payment
Payment is requested at each appointment as services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we will electronically file all insurance claims so they can easily be processed for prompt reimbursement. Our dental practice cannot render services on the assumption that the resulting charges will be covered by insurance. Please understand that the parent/guardian bringing the child to our practice is legally responsible for payment of all charges. With regard to billing, it is our policy not to mail statements. We appreciate your understanding and for your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
